About the Journal
Jurnal Ekonomi Kiat is a peer-reviewed platinum open-access academic journal published twice a year (June and December) by UIR Press, under the management of the Center of Excellence for Research, Publication, and Training, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Islam Riau, Indonesia. As a platinum open-access journal, all content is freely accessible to users and institutions worldwide without subscription fees or embargo. Readers are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full-text articles, or use them for any lawful purpose, as long as proper credit is given to the original authors and source. Prior permission from the authors or publisher is not required.
The journal provides a scholarly platform for the exchange of ideas and empirical research in the fields of economics, accounting, and management strategies, with a focus on current and emerging issues that impact business, public policy, and socio-economic development, particularly in the Asian context.

Current Issue
This issue presents six studies examining contemporary challenges in economics, accounting, and management, with a strong emphasis on sustainability, organizational performance, and data-driven decision making. The articles explore entrepreneurial psychology in agribusiness, environmental awareness and corporate social responsibility, transformational leadership, green supply chain transformation, data governance in fintech, and the determinants of rubber farmers' income. Collectively, these contributions offer practical and empirical insights into how organizations and communities can strengthen resilience, enhance performance, and support sustainable economic development across diverse sectors.
