Abstract

The Family Child Development Program is designed to equip mothers with knowledge and skills on how to raise and care for children. So that the children can grow and develop well. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection through interviews, observations and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Family Resilience and Welfare Program by the Population Control and Family Planning Service of Pekanbaru City has not been fully running well. This is reflected in the low level of community participation, especially in Payung Sekaki District. The following are the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Family Adaptation and Welfare Program by the Population and Family Planning Control Service (Payung Sekaki Sub-district Study) in Pekanbaru. The quality of integrated health post services and community participation are not passive, but the active role of the community, especially mothers with children under five years old, is still lacking.
