IMPLEMENTASI REKRUTMENT PERANGKAT DESA DI KANTOR DESA LUBUK KEMBANG BUNGA KECAMATAN UKUI KABUPATEN PELALAWAN

Abstract

The implementation of recruitment for Village officials still faces obstacles because there is no transparency in the acceptance of prospective Village officials so that some Village residents do not know about it. Lubuk Kembang Village carries out recruitment of Village officials, there is still no openness in accepting prospective Village officials and violations are still found starting from age and level of education. The successful implementation of recruitment of Village officials in Lubuk Kembang Village cannot be separated from the formation of Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure. The aim of this research is to determine the factors and obstacles in implementing recruitment of village officials at the Lubuk Kembang Bunga Village Office Ukui District Pelalawan Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Discussions regarding the recruitment of Village officials in Lubuk Kembang Bunga Village have not been carried out optimally because the provisions regarding the requirements for prospective Village officials have not been implemented properly, This is because there has been no socialization to the community regarding the acceptance of prospective Village officials, there has been no direct outreach to the community, and there has not been a written test and interview for each prospective Village official. The researcher's suggestion is that the Village Government should conduct outreach regarding the acceptance of prospective Village officials through billboards or the Village office website or directly in front of the community. It is recommended that the Village Government determine a written test and interview for each candidate for Village officials. Prospective village and sub-district officials must collect the requirements of each prospective village official. recommended by the Village Head.
