Crossmark Policy
Journal Geram (Gerakan Aktif Menulis) is committed to maintaining the content it publishes and to alerting readers to changes if and when they occur. The version of record of an article is the PDF published on this site and identified by its Crossref DOI under the prefix 10.25299/geram.
What is Crossmark?
Crossmark is a multi-publisher initiative from Crossref that gives readers a standard way to locate the authoritative version of a document. Clicking the Crossmark button on an article shows its current status and may give additional information about its publication record. The journal understands the importance of the integrity and completeness of the scholarly record to researchers and librarians, and works to maintain that trust in its archive.
Journal Geram Content and Crossmark
The journal registers its DOIs with Crossref. Crossmark status buttons are not yet displayed on article pages. Until they are, changes to an article are recorded on the article page itself and linked to the version of record, as described in the Correction, Retraction, and Withdrawal Policy. When Crossmark is applied, it will cover current and future content and the publication types below.
Publication Types
- AddendumPublished when authors inadvertently omitted significant information at submission and wish to add it to the article after publication.
- CorrigendumPublished when authors realize that errors in the published article could affect the validity or accuracy of its scholarly content.
- ErratumPublished when mistakes made during editing or layout, for example in figures or tables, are found in the published article.
- CorrespondenceA letter to the editor, or a reply to such a letter.
- Book reviewA review of a published book.
- RemovalThe abstract, text, and PDF are removed, and an explanation of the removal is given.
- ReplacementThe article is retracted as in a standard retraction, but a link to the corrected, republished article is placed on the PDF and on the retraction notice.
- RetractionThe article is retracted. The PDF is retained, marked on every page to show that it has been retracted.
Readers should cite the DOI, not an earlier accepted manuscript, when the published version exists.
