Copyright Notice
Journal Geram (Gerakan Aktif Menulis) disseminates published articles as freely as the licence allows. Under the Creative Commons license, users may copy, distribute, display, and perform the work. They attribute the authors and the journal whenever they redistribute it.
Terms for Authors
Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:
- Copyright and first publication. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication, with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of its authorship and initial publication in this journal.
- Further distribution. Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal’s published version of the work, for example posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book, with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
- Posting online. Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online, for example in institutional repositories or on their website, before and during the submission process, as this can lead to productive exchanges and to earlier and greater citation of the published work. The posted copy must not reveal the authors’ identity to reviewers during double-blind review.
Rights of Authors
Authors retain their rights in the published work, including:
- Copyright and other proprietary rights relating to the article, such as patent rights.
- The right to use the substance of the article in future works, including lectures and books.
- The right to reproduce the article for their own purposes.
- The right to make a separate, non-exclusive agreement to distribute the published version, for example in an institutional repository or a book, with an acknowledgement of first publication in Journal Geram (Gerakan Aktif Menulis).
Co-authorship
If the article was prepared by more than one author, the submitting author warrants that all co-authors have agreed to this copyright and licence notice, and agrees to inform them of its terms. The journal is not liable for a dispute among the authors and communicates with the corresponding author.
Fees and Licence
Because the journal is open access and distributes articles under the licence below, authors are entitled to no royalties or other fees from the journal. Use of the articles is governed by the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).
