Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the Role of Stakeholders in the implementation of the Pekan Kita (PEKA) application at the Communication Informatics Statistics and Stakeholders Office of Pekanbaru City. Based on the Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 32 of 2023 concerning Management of Public Complaints Through the Pekanbaru City Pekan Kita (PEKA) Application, it is explained that in order to improve public services in responding to public complaints, an integrated electronic system needs to be made, so a Pekan Kita (PEKA) application management team was formed. In addition, the Decree of the Mayor of Pekanbaru explains that there is a duty to coordinate with all OPDs so that the utilization of the Pekan Kita (PEKA) application is carried out. The theory used to support the analysis of the Role of Stakeholders in the implementation of this PEKA application is the Stakeholder Role Model according to Nugroho. The research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Selection of informants using Purposive Press, with 5 Key Informants and Informants. The techniques used in data collection are: interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the Role of Stakeholders in this PEKA application, the Communication Informatics Statistics and Standardization Office of Pekanbaru City as a Key Stakeholder.
