E-Readiness Sistem Pelayanan Desa Aliantan (SISPEDAL) Di Desa Aliantan Kecamatan Kabun Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

Abstract

The SISPEDAL website (Aliantan Village Service System) is a website that provides various forms of services and information in Aliantan village, Kabun sub-district, Rokan Hulu regency. This research was conducted to determine the readiness of the Aliantan village government in implementing e-government via the SISPEDAL website as perceived by the community. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative methods with primary data obtained through observation and distributing questionnaires, secondary data obtained through interviews with respondents. In this research the author uses e-readiness theory which contains three indicators, namely technological factors, human factors and institutional factors. The results of this research show that the SISPEDAL website has quite good e-government readiness, because there is still a lack of a signature feature so that people still have to come to the village office to get a signed letter, internet network limitations in several areas of Aliantan village mean that people cannot use the website SISPEDAL. Therefore, the village government must develop and improve the SISPEDAL website features that the community needs to support more effective and efficient services.
