UIR Law Review

About the Journal

UIR Law Review (ISSN 2548-7671/ 2548-768X) is a peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the scholarly exploration of Law and Justice as dynamic and interrelated fields that shape legal systems, governance, and social order. The journal provides an academic platform for critical, theoretical, and empirical studies that examine how law functions not only as a normative framework, but also as a social institution that reflects and constructs justice in both national and global contexts. It particularly welcomes contributions that engage with legal philosophy, jurisprudence, constitutionalism, human rights, and the evolving relationship between law, state authority, and society, with an emphasis on originality, analytical depth, and interdisciplinary perspectives.

The journal’s scope encompasses a broad range of legal studies, including criminal justice, civil law, dispute resolution, administrative law, rule of law, and public policy, as well as socio-legal and comparative approaches. UIR Law Review also encourages submissions addressing emerging legal issues such as digital governance, artificial intelligence, environmental justice, and transnational legal challenges. Articles that contribute to the advancement of fair, transparent, and accountable justice systems, and that offer innovative insights into the development of law in response to contemporary societal transformations, are particularly welcomed.
