Implementasi Program Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa Di Desa Buluh Manis Kecamatan Bathin Solapan Kabupaten Bengkalis

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLTDD) program in Buluh Manis Village, Bathin Solapan Sub-district, Bengkalis Regency. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The implementation model refers to George C. Edward III's theory, which includes four indicators: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure.The findings show that the implementation of the BLTDD program in Buluh Manis Village is generally moderately carried out. While the program runs according to established guidelines, its implementation has not yet reached full effectiveness. Challenges include delays in fund disbursement, limited public understanding of procedures, and lack of optimal coordination among implementers.In conclusion, although the program has brought positive impact to the community, its effectiveness still needs improvement. Strengthening coordination, increasing the capacity of implementers, and enhancing transparency and accountability are essential steps to achieve better program outcomes.
