HIV/AIDS is a global health problem that continues to increase, especially among the key population group of men who have sex with men (MSM). Puskesmas is a primary health care facility for the HIV/AIDS prevention program. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the HIV/AIDS prevention program among MSM at the Republic of Indonesia Sidomulyo Community Health Center, Pekanbaru City. The research method in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Respondents consisted of health workers and several members of the MSM population targeted by the program. The research results show that the implementation of HIV/AIDS prevention in community health centers has gone well, although there are several obstacles, such as stigma and discrimination from the community. The existence of this societal stigma means that some levels of society still do not want to accept the socialization of this program. This research concludes that the Indonesian Health Center Sidomulyo Kota Pekanbaru has a significant role in preventing HIV/AIDS among MSM. However, to increase the effectiveness of the program, improvements in the training of health workers, provision of adequate resources, and campaigns to reduce stigma towards MSM are needed.
