Pelaksanaan Program Keserasian Kebijakan Peningkatan Kualitas Anak Dan Perempuan Pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Keluarga Berencana Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

Abstract

Kuantan Singingi Regency is the only district that does not yet have the title of Child Friendly City in the Riau Province region and does not yet have a Regional Regulation on Child Friendly Districts / Cities. So there are still programs that have not been implemented, including Coordination and Socialization Activities of the Task Force and Preparation of Child Friendly District Action Plans, Strengthening the Children's Forum Division and Strengthening the Integrated Service Center for the Empowerment of Women and Children (P2TP2A) and for facilities and infrastructure supporting Coordination and Socialization Activities The Task Force and Preparation of Decent District Action Plans at the Kuantan Singingi Regency P2KBP3A Service have not met the needs. The dimensions used in Policy Implementation theory are communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of this research show that the implementation carried out by the Kuantan Singingi Regency P2KBP3A Service in carrying out the program has not been carried out optimally. Because the appropriate implementation to be implemented is to strengthen the bureaucratic structure which will have an influence on communication between implementers and prepare the resources needed for implementation.
