Efektivitas Aplikasi Mobile SIGNAL Dalam Peningkatan Pelayanan Di Samsat Kota Duri

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the mobile signal application in improving services at the duri city samsat, because of the low use of the SIGNAL application after it was implemented in 2021, which can be seen that there are still many people in the city of Duri who make transactions manually to the duri samsat joint office, while Samsat has provided applications to make it easier for people to pay taxes or other transactions. This type of research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The theory used in this study uses Campbell's theory on effectiveness which has 5 (five) indicators, namely indicators of program success that still do not reach the community, indicators of target success that are still lacking in education, socialization and assistance to the community, as well as indicators of satisfaction with programs that need feature development, indicators of input and output levels that have shown positive results, and indicators of overall goal achievement that still need improvement in digital and manual systems The results of this study indicate that the research findings show that there are limitations in mastering technology, especially when utilizing the SIGNAL application in the older group, in the utilization of the application there are still errors experienced by the community. The police and Samsat need to conduct regular and comprehensive socialization to the community, especially those living in villages by conducting socialization to villages.
