Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Building Construction Approval (PBG) at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Pekanbaru City. Problems that occur at the Department in the management flow and problems in the community in managing the Implementation of Building Construction Approval. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative method with collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The Key Informant Data Collection Technique and informants were carried out using Purposive Sampling. The Implementation Theory that the author uses is Charles O'Jones that Implementation is identifying program implementation or policy implementation, there are three types of activities that need to be considered carefully, namely organization, Interpretation, Application. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of Building Approval (PBG) at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Pekanbaru City In the organization.
