Penerapan E-Government Berbasis Website Pada Kelurahan Rimba Sekampung Kabupaten Bengkalis

Abstract

The SI LATO BIRU website is an E-Government innovation implemented by the Rimba Sekampung Village to make it easier for the public to access administrative services online. This study aims to see to what extent this policy is able to answer the public's need for fast and easily accessible services. This study uses a Qualitative method with Descriptive analysis techniques with informants, namely the Project Leader and Operator of the SI LATO BIRU website and the community who use the SI LATO BIRU website. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study concluded that the Support Element shows that the village has a clear regulatory basis through Regent Regulation No. 63 of 2022 and support from the Bermasa Program, and has carried out socialization even though the socialization carried out has not been optimal and comprehensive due to the low digital literacy of the community. In the Capacity Element, it shows that this website is supported by an adequate budget from the Bermasa Fund, but the limited human resources where only one website operator can be an obstacle to service effectiveness. Meanwhile, the Value Element shows that the SI LATO BIRU website is considered capable of providing benefits and convenience and efficiency in services, as well as building public trust with transparency of information and direct assistance from the sub-district.
