Abstract

This research aims to find out how to improve the quality of the family in order to have a quality family. Because the family is the smallest unit of society that is able to form society and determine the quality of society and there is a positive correlation between the condition of the family and the quality of society. The better the condition of the family, the better the condition of society. . This type of research uses qualitative methods using data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The researcher conducted interviews with 4 informants and 1 key informant. In this research the researcher used implementation theory which has 6 research dimensions. The results are related to the quality improvement program families show that there is a lack of optimal quality of family management. This is caused by several obstacles, namely the lack of availability of human resources, lack of facilities and infrastructure and limited budget.
