Abstract

The aim of this research is to monitor the implementation of the School Operational Assistance program at SDN 023 Seberang Pebenaan, Keritang District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research uses four indicators, namely Determination of measurements, Assessment or Measurement, Comparison between Implementation, Improvement or Correction. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The informants in this research were the principal, treasurer and teachers of SDN 023 Seberang Pebenaan, school committee and parents using purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research results, it is known that the determination of measures in monitoring the implementation of the School Operational Assistance program is quite clear and good, where the standard used is the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia and also the technical instructions, both in terms of time standards, quantity standards and also clear standards for the use of funds. Assessment or Improvement, in reality, in the field the submission of reports made by the school to the Boss Team was on time and there were no irregularities, because there were no differences in the report on the use of BOS funds and the initial plan as a result of the agreement with the District Boss Team. Comparison between implementation, comparison of the time for submitting reports carried out by the school in accordance with the standards determined by the District Boss Team.
