E-Readiness Dalam Penerapan Sistem Kerja Cepat (SIKECE) Dalam Pelayanan Publik Di Kantor Lurah Kerinci Timur Kabupaten Pelalawan

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the readiness of the implementation of the fast work system (SIKECE) for the community and the Kerinci Timur Village Office in implementing the online service website provided by the Kerinci Timur Village Office. This type of research uses a mixed method in which primary data is obtained through observation, interview results with the Kerinci Timur Village Head and 1 community user of the SIKECE website, documentation, and distribution of questionnaires to the community users of the SIKECE website totaling 91 people and the SIKECE website implementation and management team totaling 17 people, with a total sample of 110 people and the sampling technique using purposive sampling techniques, and secondary data is obtained through documents related to the object of research. In this study, the researcher uses the readiness theory which contains three dimensions of indicator research, namely support, ability and value. The results of this study indicate that the readiness of the SIKECE website is categorized as "Less Ready", in the readiness of the SIKECE website there are still several obstacles, namely the lack of utilization of special employees who manage SIKECE.
