Penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian (SIMPEG) Di Badan Kepegawaian Dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kota Pekanbaru

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the implementation of the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) in the Pekanbaru City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) and to find out what are the obstacles in implementing the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) in the Personnel and Resources Development Agency Pekanbaru City Human Resources (BKPSDM). The location of this research was carried out at the Pekanbaru City Personnel and Human Resources Agency (BKPSDM) in the Tenayan Raya Office Complex. The type used in this research was descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Based on the research results it was found that the implementation of the Personnel Management System (SIMPEG) in The Pekanbaru City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) has not provided full benefits to Pekanbaru City.
