Pengelolaan Bumdes Tunas Harapan Jaya Desa Puo Raya Kecamatan Tandun Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

Abstract

The establishment of BUMDes in Puo Raya Village aims to improve the village economy, optimize village assets to be useful for village welfare, improve community efforts in managing village economic potential and create opportunities and market networks that support the needs of public services for residents. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the management of BUMDes Tunas Harapan Jaya Puo Raya Village, Tandun District, Rokan Hulu Regency and its inhibiting factors. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection through interviews, observations and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head of Puo Raya Village, Head of Bumdes, Head of PUBJ Unit, Shop Employees and the Community of Puo Raya Village. The results of the study can be concluded that the Management of the Village-Owned Enterprise Tunas Harapan Jaya, Puo Raya Village is still not optimally implemented because many incomplete goods are sold and there are still people who do not want to cooperate in the management of Bumdes Tunas Harapan Jaya. There are still inhibiting factors found in the management of the Village-Owned Enterprise Tunas Harapan Jaya, Puo Raya Village, namely the lack of funds which is one of the major causes. Because the existence of Bumdes in implementing programs and businesses cannot be separated from the budget they have, as a business institution, the existence of business capital is one of the pulses for life and development.
