APC Waiver and Discount Policy

To recognize the valuable contributions of reviewers, editors, and international collaborators, the journal offers the following APC waiver and discount schemes.

The corresponding author will receive the final published PDF version of the article.

Reviewer Contribution IDR 100,000 discount for each completed review assignment
Editorial Contribution IDR 100,000 discount for each completed editorial task
First Author with Scopus h-index ≥ 10 100% APC Waiver
International Authors (all authors affiliated outside Indonesia) and First Author with Scopus h-index ≥ 2 100% APC Waiver
International Collaboration (minimum three countries) and First Author with Scopus h-index ≥ 5 100% APC Waiver

Important Notes

  • Discounts may be accumulated and applied toward future APC payments.
  • The total discount cannot exceed the applicable APC amount.
  • Authors may claim only one APC waiver category per manuscript.
  • APC waivers and discounts do not influence editorial decisions.
  • All manuscripts undergo the same double-blind peer-review process regardless of APC status.
  • The Editorial Office reserves the right to verify author eligibility for any waiver or discount program.
  • The corresponding author will receive the final published PDF version of the article.
