Abstrak

Program Guru Penggerak (PGP) merupakan inisiatif strategis Kememntrian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi yang dirancang untuk memberdayakan guru sebagai agen perubahan untuk mendorong transformasi dan inovasi dalam manajemen pendidikan berbasis sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk medeskripsikan persepsi guru terhadap PGP, mengidentifikasi hambatan yang dihadapi selama implementasinya, dan mengeksplorasi kontribusi program dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dan tata kelola sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD), wawancara , observasi, dokumentasi, serta angket persepsi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 43,3% responden menyatakan sangat setuju dan 42% setuju bahwa PGP berkontribusi terhadap tarnsformasi dan inovasi manajemen pendidikan. Program ini dinilai mampu meningkatkan kompetensi kepemimpinan, profesionalisme, budaya kolaboratif, dan kualitas pembelajaran. Meski demikian, masih terdapat kendala berupa minimnya tindak lanjut program dan dukungan struktural.
