Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi supervisi kolaboratif berbasis model sepuluh langkah Glickman dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di SMAN 2 Sawang. Model ini mencakup tahapan clarifying, listening, reflecting, presenting, clarifying (ulang), problem solving, encouraging, negotiating, standardizing, dan reflecting (akhir), yang secara sistematis diterapkan melalui pendekatan partisipatif antara kepala sekolah dan guru. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan aktif guru dalam seluruh tahapan supervisi berkontribusi pada peningkatan indikator profesionalisme, meliputi peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik, kejelasan arah pengembangan, serta tumbuhnya komitmen terhadap perubahan praktik pembelajaran. Supervisi yang dilakukan dalam suasana kolaboratif berhasil membentuk relasi profesional yang setara dan memperkuat budaya reflektif di lingkungan sekolah. Temuan ini menguatkan literatur tentang efektivitas pendekatan supervisi kolaboratif dalam menciptakan ekosistem pembelajaran yang berkelanjutan dan mendukung transformasi budaya mutu pendidikan di tingkat sekolah menengah.
