Electronic Archiving and Digital Preservation

Policy Statement

Perspektif Pendidikan dan Keguruan is committed to supporting the preservation, integrity, and continued accessibility of its published scholarly content. The journal recognizes the importance of maintaining electronic publication files and bibliographic metadata to support access to the scholarly record over time.

Electronic Archiving

Published articles and issues are accessible through the journal's online journal platform. Article files, issue information, and bibliographic metadata support the identification, retrieval, and accessibility of published content.

The journal encourages appropriate backup and electronic file management practices to reduce the risk of content loss caused by technical failures, platform changes, or other disruptions.

Digital Preservation

The journal supports the use of appropriate digital preservation measures to help maintain the integrity and long-term accessibility of its electronic publications.

Where available and formally implemented, these measures may include institutional repository preservation and participation in dedicated digital preservation services, such as the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN).

Participation in any external preservation service will be identified in this policy once the journal's participation has been confirmed.

Access to Archived Articles

Readers can access published articles through the journal's website, including individual article pages and issue archives. Continued online access depends on the availability of the journal platform and the effectiveness of the preservation measures implemented.
