Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Articles submitted in Microsoft Word format (doc/docx)
  • The submitted article manuscript has been adjusted to the template
  • The submitted article already uses the Reference Manager (Mendeley/End Note/Zetero)
  • Articles submitted must have a minimum number of 15 references
  • The submitted article is free from plagiarism and other copyright infringement.
  • The submitted article has never been published before or is in the process of being reviewed in another journal

Author Guidelines

The Author’s Guideline of Jurnal Edu Sportivo since the publication year of 2020

Introduction

The Edu Sportivo Journal is a national scientific journal that is open to finding innovation, creativity and novelty. The Edu Sportivo Journal is a peer review journal published by the Department of Physical Education in Health and Recreation, Universitas Islam Riau. The purpose of this journal is to facilitate scientific publications of research results in Indonesia and participate in improving the quality and quantity of research for academics and researchers. The Edu Sportivo Journal is published every April, August and December by publishing research results and critical analysis studies in the field of Physical Education.

This journal was indexed in Google Scholar, DOAJ, Garuda, One Search, Crossref. Jurnal Edu Sportivo editorial board invites you to submit your manuscript to be published in this journal.

The Manuscript General Guidelines

 Manuscripts should be submitted through one of the following ways (the second way is preferred):

  1. Manuscripts preferably using Online Submission System in the portal E-Journal of Edu Sportivo (http://journal.uir.ac.id/index.php/SPORTIVO/index)
  2. The first author listed as author and or Reviewers (checking role as Author and / or Reviewer) on the "Register" or address: http://journal.uir.ac.id/index.php/SPORTIVO/index
  3. After Writer login as Author, click on "New Submission". Stages submit article consists of five stages, namely: (1). Start, (2). Upload Submission, (3). Enter Metadata, (4). Upload Supplementary Files, (5). confirmation
  4. Under Start, select Submission Checklist (Full Article), check all of the checklist.
  5. In the Upload Submission, please upload a manuscript file in Microsoft Word articles in this section.
  6. In the Enter Metadata, enter data all Writers and their affiliates, followed by the title and abstract, and indexing keywords.
  7. Upload Supplementary Files in part, is allowed to upload file data to support or cover letter or other document.
  8. On the Confirmation, please click "Finish Submission" if all the information is correct.
  9. If the author difficulties in the process of submission via online system, manuscripts can also be sent via e-mail to e-mail Editorial Edu Sportivo (edusportivo@journal.uir.ac.id), however this secondary method can be use if you find any difficulties on the procedure.
