Analisis Tata Kelola Adminstrasi Pemerintahan Desa Di Desa Pinang Sebatang Timur Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak

Abstract

Governance is a systematic effort in a process to achieve organizational goals, through management principles, which include the functions of planning, implementation, control and evaluation. Village administration is the entire process of carrying out government and development activities by utilizing the capabilities of village officials and all available resources to achieve the stated goals, namely the realization of increased participation in government, development and the implementation of widespread and effective administration. The aim of this research is to find out the analysis and inhibiting factors of village government administration in Pinang Sebatang Timur Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency. The theoretical basis consists of five indicators that must be met, namely Rule of law (legal certainty), Accountability, Transparency, Professionalism and Participation. This research is field research in Pinang Sebatang Timur Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency. The data sources used are primary and secondary. Data collection methods are observation, interviews and documentation.
