  • Editorial decisions are independent of any fee. The journal does not request payment at any stage of review or production.

  • Management of double-blind peer review.
  • Similarity screening with Turnitin.
  • Copyediting, layout, and proofreading.
  • DOI registration under the prefix 10.25299/j-lelc.
  • Open-access hosting on this site and preservation in the PKP Preservation Network.
