This study aims to explain the efforts made in improving narrative text writing skills in ninth grade students of Taman Siswa Junior High School. The method used is a project-based learning approach, which provides opportunities for students to learn actively through direct experience in creating narrative text. The subject of this research was the ninth grade of Taman Siswa Junior High School in Bandar Lampung. The results showed a significant improvement in students' narrative text writing skills. In conclusion, the project-based learning approach is effective in improving the narrative text writing skills of ninth grade students of Taman Siswa Junior High School. Therefore, it is recommended that this approach be more widely applied in the learning curriculum to enrich students' learning experiences and improve learning outcomes.
