Budaya Organisasi Di Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Provinsi Riau

Abstract

This research aims to determine the organizational culture at the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) of Riau Province. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection through questionnaires, interviews, and observations of 51 employees. The results showed that the organizational culture at BAPENDA Riau Province is in the "Fairly Good" category (Fairly Agree) with an average score of 343. However, obstacles were still found such as a lack of employee initiative, digital literacy gaps between generations, and sub-optimal implementation of the 5S culture (smile, greet, say, polite, courteous).
