Efektivitas Penerapan Layanan Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi Secara E-Registration Di Kpp Pratama Pekanbaru Senapelan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and find out how effective the implementation of the Individual Taxpayer Identification Number service by E-Registration at KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Senapelan is effective. This study uses a quantitative method where primary data is obtained through observation, questionnaire distribution, secondary data is obtained through respondent interviews. The population of this study is people who register for Taxpayer Identification Number at KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Senapelan with a sample of 35 respondents. This sample extraction technique uses the Purposive Sampling technique. In this study, the theory of Process Approach, Resource Approach, and Goals Approach is used. The results of this study show that the effectiveness of the implementation of the Taxpayer Identification Number Service by E-Registration at KPP Pratama Pekanbaru is "quite effective", because it still needs to be improved, such as the stability of the internet connection, the complexity of filling out forms, and the limited understanding of the public. Nonetheless, this e-registration service has provided convenience and efficiency for the public in registering NPWP, which shows that the main purpose of this service has been largely achieved, but further improvements will increase its effectiveness in the future.
