Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research articles that are not under review elsewhere. All submissions must follow the conference template and formatting requirements.

1. Manuscript Preparation

  • Language: Manuscripts must be written in English.

  • Length: The article should be between 4–6 pages, including figures, tables, and references.

  • Format: Authors must use the official template (MS Word). The paper size is A4, single column, with justified text alignment.

  • Font: Times New Roman, 10 pt.

  • Figures and Tables: Must be clear, high-resolution, and placed close to the citation in the text. Each must have a title and be numbered consecutively.

  • References: Use APA style (7th edition). Ensure that all references cited in the text appear in the reference list and vice versa. DOI links should be provided where available.

2. Structure of the Manuscript

The manuscript should contain the following sections in order:

  1. Title

  2. Authors’ names and affiliations (including email of corresponding author)

  3. Abstract (150–250 words, with 3–5 keywords)

  4. Introduction

  5. Research Methods / Materials and Methods

  6. Results and Discussion

  7. Conclusions

  8. Acknowledgements (if applicable)

  9. References

3. Submission

  • Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the conference submission system.

  • The file must be in .docx format only.

  • At least one author must register and present the accepted paper at the conference.

4. Publication Ethics

  • Authors must ensure originality of their work. Plagiarism in any form will result in rejection.

  • Multiple, redundant, or concurrent submissions are not allowed.

  • Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must be given.

5. Review Process

  • All submissions will undergo double-blind peer review.

  • The reviewers’ recommendations will determine acceptance, revision, or rejection.

6. Publication

  • Accepted and presented papers will be published in the official conference proceedings.

  • Selected papers may be recommended for publication in partner journals.
