The Buluh Cina Nature Tourism Park (TWA) has significant tourism potential and ecological value for the surrounding community, although challenges still exist. This situation highlights the need for an evaluation of development strategies to optimize the tourism potential and socio-economic benefits of the TWA more evenly. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the development strategy of the Buluh Cina Village Nature Tourism Park in Kampar. This research employed a mixed-method approach, including interviews with selected informants and questionnaires distributed to TWA visitors, with the results analyzed both qualitatively and quantitatively. The findings indicate that the development strategy of the Buluh Cina Nature Tourism Park is generally good, reflecting effective management and development that benefits both visitors and the community. Indicators such as effectiveness, adequacy, responsiveness, appropriateness, and development processes are also rated good, suggesting that policies and implementation are on target and sustainable. However, some indicators are only fairly good, namely efficiency and equity. Efficiency has not been optimal due to budget limitations, underutilization of resources, and facilities and services that are not fully balanced with the park's potential and visitor numbers. Equity is also limited because the economic benefits of the TWA are not yet evenly distributed among the community, being dominated by certain groups, influenced by the limited role of the community, village authority, and the less-than-optimal empowerment of the tourism awareness group (Pokdarwis).
