Abstract

With the presence of this form of service in information technology innovation provided by BPJS Health in the form of the Mobile JKN application, as well as with the various features provided as well as the socialization that has been carried out, it is felt that it is still unable to provide a significant increase in the development of the community that uses this application innovation. The innovative form of service provided and implemented has given rise to various perceptions from the public as BPJS Health or JKN participants. Different perceptions of individuals in seeing an object or problem, whether it is good or bad, are something that really needs to be considered, especially in implementing service innovation through the Mobile JKN application. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the Health Social Security Participant Registration Application System service at the Pekanbaru City Health Social Security Administering Body Office and the inhibiting factors. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection through interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. The population and sample in this study are the Head of the Office who knows the Implementation of the Social Security Health Participant Registration Application System Service at the BPJS Office, the Secretary, employees and the community who administer BPJS.
