Implementasi Kebijakan Pembangunan Jalan Desa Muara Basung Kecamatan Pinggir Kabupaten Bengkalis Provinsi Riau

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain the implementation of the road construction policy in Muara Basung Village, Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, an approach to explore and understand the meaning that a number of individuals or groups consider to originate from social problems. Informants include the Head of the PUPR Office of Bengkalis Regency, the Head of Muara Basung Village, the Chairperson of the Village Consultative Body (BPD), the Technical Implementer of Activities (PTK), the Chairperson of the Activity Implementation Team (TPK), the Implementing Contractor, and Community Leaders. Data collection in the study consists of interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used consist of Data Condensation, Data Presentation, and Conclusion Drawing/Verification. Based on the results of the research related to the Implementation of the Road Construction Policy in Muara Basung Village, Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province, it is known that it has been implemented quite well, but there needs to be an increase and equality of road construction such as on the main village road. Likewise, the low participation of the community in contributing funds and labor.
