Pelaksanaan Administrasi Di Kelurahan Meranti Pandak Kecamatan Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru

Abstract

This study aims to explain and identify the factors that become obstacles in the implementation of administration in Meranti Pandak Village, Rumbai Pesisir District, Pekanbaru City. The problems in this study are the unavailability of village apparatus data books, the absence of expedition books for correspondence and the inconsistency of administrative practices with Permendagri No. 34 of 2007. The research method used is a descriptive method with qualitative data analysis. The types and techniques of data collection consist of interviews, observation and documentation. This study has three indicators, namely organization, interpretation and application. The key informants of this study are the Head of Meranti Pandak Village and six informants consisting of the village secretary, the head of government and the community. The results of the study indicate that the absence of village apparatus data books which should be the basis for recording organizational structures, job descriptions, and responsibilities of apparatus, the unavailability of expedition books for correspondence is a major weakness in administrative management and administrative practices in Meranti Pandak Village are also not fully in accordance with Permendagri No. 34 of 2007.
