Strategi Dinas (P3AP2KB) Dalam Upaya Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Anak Korban Tindak Kekerasan Di Kabupaten Pelalawan

Abstract

Domestic violence is still a phenomenon that cannot be overcome thoroughly in every region in Indonesia. This also happened precisely in Pelalawan Regency. Pelalawan Regency is one of the many districts that have an increase in the number of domestic violence cases. The local government has done various ways to reduce and even try to eliminate existing domestic violence such as socializing and providing proper infrastructure. The theoretical concept used in this study is the theory of Sondang P. Sagian (2012), SWOT Analysis. The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out using interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the empowerment strategy carried out was still not optimal. The factors are budget resources, human resources, infrastructure, and community participation.
