Abstract

Accountability is an obligation to provide accountability or answer and explain the performance and actions of a legal entity or the head of an organization, to the party authorized to receive information or accountability. Corporate Social Responsibility is a company's commitment to contribute to sustainable economic development by taking into account corporate social responsibility and emphasizing on the balance between attention to economic, social and environmental aspects. This study aims to analyze and explain the Corporate Social Responsibility Accountability of PT Riau Investment Development (PIR) in Pematang Benteng Village, Batang Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. This research has ten indicators, namely Policies and Procedures, Reporting and Monitoring, Accountability and Delegation, Transparency and Openness, Performance Evaluation, Rewards and Consequences, Participation, Independent Supervision, Internal Control, Training and Awareness.
