Peran stakeholder dalam pengembangan kawasan minapolitan di desa marsawah kecamatan sentajo raya kabupaten kuantan singingi

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the role of stakeholders in the development of the Minapolitan area in Marsawah Village, Sentajo Raya District. This was a descriptive qualitative study, with key informants being the Head of the Fisheries and Maritime Affairs Office and five other informants. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study revealed that the role of stakeholders in the development of the Minapolitan area in Marsawah Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has been quite significant, as three research indicators motivator, facilitator, and mobilizer—have been implemented. The results of the analysis of the role of stakeholders in the development of the Minapolitan area in Marsawa Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, show that stakeholder support is quite real in the form of physical assistance (infrastructure) and non-physical (mentoring, training). Budget limitations, lack of coordination between stakeholders, minimal continuity of mentoring, and suboptimal marketing. Market price fluctuations, dependence on government assistance, and lack of technological innovation from farmers.
