this study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) Control Program at Simpang Tiga Public Health Center, Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City. Based on the research findings, the DHF control program is considered "moderately achieved" as not all indicators have been implemented optimally. The program’s primary goal is to reduce the number of DHF cases through prevention education and mosquito breeding site eradication. Success has been achieved through increased community awareness of environmental cleanliness, supported by adequate budget allocation for activities such as fogging and abate distribution. The increase in the number and qualifications of medical personnel has been one of the positive achievements, although the lack of medical staff in the past hindered the program's effectiveness. The program's benefits have been felt by the community in the form of DHF prevention, improved awareness of hygiene, and enhanced quality of life. Active community participation, such as maintaining environmental cleanliness through mutual cooperation, has significantly contributed to the program's success.
