Abstract

Research with the title growth and production of mungbeans (vigna radiata l.) with application of bamboo leaf litter compost fertilizer and tofu liquid waste on ultisol media had been conducted at Agricultural Extension Center, Pangkalan Kuras District Pelalawan and Basic laboratory, Riau Islamic University. The experimental design used was a Factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisted of two factors. The first factor is the dose bamboo leaf litter compost which consists of 4 levels namely 0, 50, 10 and 150 g/plant and the second factor is the concentrace of tofu liquid waste consisted of 4 levels, namely 0, 25%, 50% and 75 %. The parameters measured are plant height (cm), relative growth rate (g/day), net assimilation rate (mg/cm2/day), flowering age (day), harvest age (day), weight of 100 wet grain (g), weight of 100 dry grain (g) and weight of dry grain per plant (g). Data were analyzed by using variance analysis were then statistically used Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) at 5% level. Results of the research showed that the Interaction of apllied the bamboo leaf litter compost and tofu liquid waste had a significant effect on the parameters of plant height, relative growth rate, net assimilation rate, flowering age, harvest age and weight of dry grain per plant. The best treatment was found in a combination of 150 g/plant bamboo leaf litter compost and 75% tofu liquid waste.
