Peningkatan Kemampuan Membaca Naskah Drama Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Stad Siswa Kelas VIII MTS Bukit Raya Pekanbaru
Abstract
Improving the ability to read drama scripts using the STAD type cooperative learning model for Class VIII Students of MTS Bukit Raya Pekanbaru" is the purpose of this study. This study conducted classroom action research with two cycles (planning, implementation, observation, and reflection). The results showed that students' group work in understanding the intrinsic elements of drama text reached an average of 74 and students' individual results reached an average of 73.7. In the second cycle, students' group work in understanding the intrinsic elements of drama texts reached an average of 83.1 and students' individual results in the second cycle reached an average of 78.7. The results were in line with expectations, so the second cycle of research was stopped. These results were as expected, so this research was stopped in cycle II. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of understanding the intrinsic elements of drama text with STAD type can be improved.
