Abstract
The problem related to the analysis of meningitis vaccine services for prospective Umrah pilgrims at the Class I Health Quarantine Center in Pekanbaru is the low level of public knowledge regarding the services provided by the Center. This is due to a lack of socialization and communication between the community and staff regarding health service information. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the health services, specifically the meningitis vaccine services provided by the Class I Health Quarantine Center in Pekanbaru, and to identify the problems arising from the analysis of meningitis vaccine services for prospective Umrah pilgrims at the Class I Health Quarantine Center in Pekanbaru. This research is quantitative. Informants in this study consisted of the Center Head, the Head of Sub-Administration, and prospective Umrah pilgrims. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, observation, and documentation. This study employed a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. The results of the study, "Analysis of Meningitis Vaccination Services for Prospective Umrah Pilgrims at the Class I Pekanbaru Health Quarantine Center," indicate that the service delivery is still considered "fairly good," with 18 respondents representing 45%.
