Efektivitas Penggunaan Aplikasi Taspen Otentikasi Dalam Pembayaran Hak Pensiunan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Di Pt Taspen (Persero) Kantor Cabang Pekanbaru

Abstract

The Taspen Authentication application is an application developed by PT Taspen (Persero) to facilitate State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in accessing pension services. This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the use of the Taspen Authentication application in improving the service of payment of pension rights for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at PT Taspen (Persero) Pekanbaru Branch Office. This type of research uses a qualitative method using informants representing PT Taspen (Persero) and also State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and using four dimensions of goal achievement, availability of resources, internal processes and satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that the use of the Taspen Authentication application in payment of pension rights for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at PT Taspen (Persero) Pekanbaru Branch Office has been quite effective, because the main objective of the Taspen Authentication Application has been achieved.
