Efektivitas Program Kampung Iklim (PROKLIM) Di Dusun Barat Desa Makmur Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci Kabupaten Pelalawan
Abstract
Environmental protection and management and dealing with climate change are not only the responsibility of the government, but also a shared obligation for the community, government and operating companies. One concrete example of climate change mitigation and adaptation efforts is the Climate Village Program (ProKlim). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Climate Village Program (ProKlim) in Dusun Barat, Makmur Village, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency and to determine the inhibiting factors in the effectiveness of the Climate Village Program (ProKlim) in Dusun Barat, Makmur Village, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency. The method used in this study is the mixed methods method. Determination of key informants and informants was carried out using the purposive sampling method so that 22 informants were obtained. Data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions/verification. The results of the study showed that the results obtained from the recapitulation of the five indicators of the Effectiveness of the Climate Village Program (ProKlim) in Dusun Barat, Makmur Village, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency were in the "Quite Effective" category. This is due to the average results obtained based on the questionnaire, which is on average 45%, where the average is in the category of Quite effective.
