Evaluasi Program Peningkatan Prasarana Sarana dan Utilitas Umum (PSU) Dalam Penyediaan Air Bersih Oleh Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman Kota Pekanbaru

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate and determine the Evaluation of the Public Utilities and Facilities (PSU) Infrastructure Improvement Program in the Provision of Clean Water by the Housing and Settlement Area Service of Pekanbaru City. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research type using six indicators namely Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equality/Equity, Responsiveness, and Determination. The population used in this study was the Head of the Housing and Settlement Area Service of Pekanbaru City, the Head of the Housing and Settlement Area Service of Pekanbaru City and the Sri Meranti Rumbai Urban Village Community. The sampling technique used was the Saturated Sampling Technique for the Head of the Service and the Head of the Service, then the Purposive Sampling Technique for the Sri Meranti Rumbai Urban Village community. The types and techniques of data collection used consisted of Primary Data using Questionnaires and Interviews and Secondary Data collected using Observation Techniques. Based on the data analysis technique used by using a frequency table tool that can assess and conclude that the Evaluation of the Public Utilities and Facilities (PSU) Infrastructure Improvement Program in the Provision of Clean Water by the Housing and Settlement Area Service of Pekanbaru City is "Quite Good", because the Performance of PSU Employees in terms of clean water has been running but running less effectively due to the lack of public awareness in maintaining/maintaining and the lack of adequate equipment provided by the PERKIM Service and also due to budget limitations that make development a priority in terms of budget and lack of monitoring from the PERKIM Service.
