Evaluasi Peraturan Daerah No 03 Tahun 2014 Tentang Ketertiban Umum (Studi Pasar Datuk Rubiah Kecamatan Bangko Kabupaten Rokan Hilir)

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Regional Regulation Number 03 of 2014 concerning Public Order at Datuk Rubiah Market, Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency. This regulation was created to create order and comfort for traders and market visitors, but its implementation often faces various obstacles. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews and document study. The research results show that the implementation of this regulation is not optimal. Several influencing factors include lack of socialization, lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure, and low awareness and compliance from traders. This research suggests the need for increased socialization of regulations, additional market facilities, and stricter supervision to increase compliance with Regional Regulation Number 03 of 2014.
