Kualitas Pelayanan Air Bersih Pada Perumda Air Minum Tirta Terubuk Cabang Duri Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the quality of clean water services at the Tirta Terubuk Drinking Water Company, Duri Branch, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. This research uses a descriptive survey type using quantitative methods. A descriptive survey is a research method that uses a sampling process from a population through data collection techniques using questionnaires. From the results of research that has 5 indicators, the average answer is quality and sufficient quality. From what the author has researched and observed, Perumda Air Tirta Terubuk, Duri Branch, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency, lack of operational vehicles, lack of personnel in the field, weather factors, lack of budget and insufficient raw water and existing raw water sources.
