Abstract

This research aims to analyze and determine Good Governance: Transparency of Public Services at the Pasir Penyu District Office, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. This research has three indicators, namely Process Openness, Ease of Service Procedures, and Ease of Information Access. The types and techniques of data collection used consist of interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is Interactive Data Analysis. The results of the Good Governance research: Transparency of Public Services in the Pasir Penyu District Office, Indragiri Hulu Regency, are that it has not gone well, where service procedures are not communicated openly, seen from the absence of information boards in the Pasir Penyu District Office, and it is still difficult to access information, where service procedures are not communicated through the mass media. However, the employees of the Pasir Penyu District Office have provided good service to the service user community so that it is easy for the service user community to take care of their needs. Suggestions for the Pasir Penyu District Office are that the Pasir Penyu District apparatus should post the various types of services available at the Pasir Penyu District Office and the requirements in the service room or service counter and report them in the mass media.
