Analisis Kinerja Dalam Pengelolaan Dana Desa Pada Kantor Desa Tualang Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak

Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance in managing village funds at the Tualang Village Office, Tualang District, Siak Regency. This research is quantitative research and uses a descriptive survey, namely research with the aim of carrying out careful measurements of a social phenomenon, then the researcher develops concepts and collects data. Furthermore, research in the field uses questionnaires to collect data, where researchers are limited to data collected from samples to examine the entire population, thus complete survey research is research that takes samples from a population using questionnaires as the main data collection tool. Based on the Performance Principles in this research, it can be seen and assessed from five indicators which include Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility and Accountability which aims to determine the Performance and Obstacles in Village Fund Management at the Tualang Village Office, Tualang District, Siak Regency. The results of this research show that the management of village funds (DD) is quite good, but for the management of village funds at the Tualang Village Office, Siak Regency, there is low community participation, limited human resources, inadequate facilities and lack of communication between village officials and BAPEKAM. (BPD) and the village government to the community in Tualang Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency.
