Abstract

The main aim of this research is to determine and analyze the quality of public services, especially in the registration and registration of marriages and the making/duplication of marriage books at the Religious Affairs Office, Lirik District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research uses a descriptive survey type using quantitative methods. A descriptive survey is a research method that involves taking samples from a population through data collection techniques using questionnaires. From the results of research that has 5 assessment indicators, the average answer is good and quite good. From what the author has researched and looked at, the Lirik District KUA only lacks various supporting service attributes and a lack of human resources on duty in the administration section so that there are some people who are not satisfied with the service provided, otherwise it is quite good. The Religious Affairs Office of Lirik District, Indragiri Hulu Regency has actually tried to provide the best service to the community.
