Efektivitas Penerapan Program E-Tilang Pada Satuan Polisi Lalu Lintas (SATLANTAS) Polresta Kota Pekanbaru

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of effectiveness in implementing E-Tilang in Pekanbaru City. The type of research used is qualitative which aims to present a complete picture of an event or is intended to clarify a phenomenon that occurs. The data sources for this research use primary and secondary data. Then the data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation as well as searches from various literature or references. The data processing and analysis techniques used go through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the implementation of E-Tilang has been carried out well or effectively in its implementation. This can be seen in indicators of the accuracy of program targets and also in indicators of achieving program goals. However, researchers found indications that the effectiveness of implementing E-Tilang had not been implemented well. This can be seen in the program socialization indicators where the delivery of information to the public has not been effective because not all people come from young people so there are still people who have not been able to get information, especially disseminating information digitally.
